You agree that Bikoose is not an agent with authority to act on your or on a seller’s behalf. Payments are handled directly between you and the seller.
You agree that you and seller are responsible for determining the amount of sales, use or other taxes that you may owe as a result of purchases you make. You agree (a) that Ng whoosmart has no responsibility to collect, report or remit sales, use or any other applicable taxes in connection with your purchase, unless Ng whoosmart is selling the product as the Merchant of Record (the “Item Details” page will clearly display Ng whoosmart as the seller when Ng whoosmart is the Merchant of Record.), and (b) to fully indemnify, defend and hold Ng whoosmart harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, awards, fines, costs, expenses and liability in any way associated with foregoing.
